1. Who we are

Sul Cuore is a brand of Group Henrrys LLC, a company registered in the United States (EIN 32-0818149), with its registered office in Orlando, Florida.

These terms govern the sale of products purchased through sulcuore.com.

2. Products

Our products are curated decorative and homeware objects, shipped from our European warehouse in the Netherlands. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, although slight variation between the photographs and the item you receive may occur.

3. Price & payment

Prices for UK orders are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you have received a confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Delivery policy. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Complaints & disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at support@sulcuore.com and we will do our best to put it right. As a UK consumer, you keep all rights available to you under UK consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when published on this website.
