Sul Cuore is a brand operated by Group Henrrys LLC, registered in the United States (EIN 32-0818149), with headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

These terms and conditions of sale govern online purchases made through the sulcuore.com website.

2. Products

The products offered on Sul Cuore are decorative items, sculptures, furnishings, and carefully selected objects from specialized ateliers and workshops. These are not custom-made products for individual customers. The images are representative; small chromatic or finish variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of some pieces.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made at the time of order through accepted methods (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, where available). The order is finalized upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4. Shipping

We ship throughout Italy via tracked couriers. Times and costs are indicated on the Shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the date of product receipt. More details on the Right of Withdrawal page.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (articles 128-135).

7. Dispute Resolution (ODR)

8. Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Italian law regarding mandatory consumer protection regulations. The competent court for disputes with Italian consumers is the consumer's place of residence.
