Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to change your mind — without having to provide explanations. See Right of Withdrawal for the complete procedure.
Manufacturing Defects
If the product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@sulcuore.com, attaching:
- Order number
- Photo of the defective product
- Photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
In case of confirmed defect, we will proceed with replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, according to the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128-135 Consumer Code).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or confirming the defect, to the original payment method.

- Defect/our error: full refund, we cover the costs
- Withdrawal (change of mind): return shipping costs borne by the customer
