Shipping
We ship throughout Italy via tracked couriers (Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS). Every order receives a tracking code via email upon dispatch.
Delivery times in Italy
- Standard tracked shipping: 5-10 business days — free for orders over €49, otherwise €4.90
- Priority shipping: 3-6 business days — €9.90
The times indicated are from the order fulfillment date. Fulfillment occurs within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Order tracking
You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the package is dispatched. You can also track your shipment directly from your Sul Cuore account.
Failed delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver and the order is returned to the sender, we will arrange a new shipment (a small contribution for re-shipping may be requested, to be agreed upon via email).
