Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication to support@sulcuore.com within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating:
- The order number
- The product(s) you intend to return
- Your contact details
Pursuant to Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, we provide an optional withdrawal form (you can request it via email).
Consequences of withdrawal
Once we receive your withdrawal communication, we will provide you with the address to which to send the product. The product must be returned:
- Within 14 days from the withdrawal communication
- Intact, unused, in its original packaging
- With all accessories and documents received
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
Refund
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment, if earlier), using the same payment method as the original order.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, in particular to perishable or custom-made products. Sul Cuore products from the Don Lupo collection and subsequent collections are not subject to these exceptions — the right of withdrawal applies in full.
