Delivery times & costs
We ship from our European warehouse in the Netherlands, directly to your door.
- Order processing: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to the United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
Costs & taxes
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Where a free-delivery promotion applies, it will be shown in your basket.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.
If your parcel doesn't arrive
If your order has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, email support@sulcuore.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 24 working hours.
