1. Seller identification

Sul Cuore is a brand operated by Group Henrrys LLC, registered in the United States (EIN 32-0818149), with offices in Orlando, Florida. Email: support@sulcuore.com. Website: sulcuore.com. These terms govern online purchases made through sulcuore.com.

2. Products

Sul Cuore offers women's fashion and feminine care — clothing, shapewear, bags and accessories — curated from specialist suppliers. They are not made to measure for the individual customer. Images are representative; small variations in colour or finish may occur.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of order via the accepted methods (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, where available). The order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping

We ship to the UK with tracked couriers. Times and costs are shown on the Shipping page.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order from receipt. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items (shapewear, underwear, swimwear) can only be returned if unworn with any hygiene seal intact. See the Right to Cancel page.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
