2. Products

Sul Cuore offers women's fashion and feminine care — clothing, shapewear, bags and accessories — curated from specialist suppliers. Images are representative; small variations in colour or finish may occur.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at order via the accepted methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal where available).

4. Shipping

We ship to the UK with tracked couriers. See our Shipping policy for times and costs.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order from receipt. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items (including shapewear, underwear and swimwear) can only be returned if unworn and with any hygiene seal or liner intact — see our Returns & Refunds and Right to Cancel pages.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
