Right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind — no reason needed.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days at support@sulcuore.com with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where a fault is confirmed we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of confirming the fault, to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Item unused and in original condition
- Original packaging
- All accessories included
- Intimate items (shapewear, underwear, swimwear): unworn, with any hygiene seal or protective liner and original packaging intact
Return costs
- Our fault or error: full refund, return costs covered by us.
- Change of mind: return postage paid by the customer.
