In Spain I wear a size 36, I bought a M because I don't like clothes that are too tight. The fabric is thick and not very elastic, it takes a bit of effort to put them on. I don't know if they will fulfill their purpose, still waiting to try them on.

How can I tell real 3D leggings?
Turn them inside out and run your thumb up the back of the thigh: with Forma 3D you feel the raised, knitted-in lines. If it's smooth, the 3D pattern is only printed.
Is it squat-proof?
Yes. The dense knit stays opaque – even in a squat or when you bend.
Which size should I choose?
Choose your usual leggings size. Between two sizes? Take the larger one – size exchanges are free.
Can I wear them during menopause?
