Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item, without giving any reason.

How to cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, send a written notice to support@sulcuore.com within 14 days of receiving your item, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your contact details.

After you cancel

Once we receive your cancellation notice, we'll provide the return address. The item must be returned within 14 days of your notice, unused and in original condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories.

Refund

We'll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage, if earlier), using your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure goods, or to perishable goods. In addition, for health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items (including shapewear, underwear and swimwear) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, unless they are faulty. Please try intimate items on over your own underwear and keep all hygiene seals intact until you are sure.
