Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To cancel, email support@sulcuore.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24 working hours.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. This includes standard delivery costs; if you chose a faster delivery option, the extra cost above standard delivery is non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email support@sulcuore.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return postage.

  1. Email support@sulcuore.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us whether you would like a refund or a replacement (attach a photo if the item is faulty).
  3. We reply within 24 working hours with the return details.
